Learn how to help your puppy grow up to be A Pleasant Dog. This workshop led by Jenn Gavin, CPDT-KA FPPE, head trainer and founder at A Pleasant Dog, will focus on teaching early socialization skills, as well as teaching your puppy to listen to you. Workshop will include puppy play breaks in the dog park, and will include a question and answer session at the end where you can get answers to all your puppy questions answered!
For Puppies 5 months of age and younger. Must be up to date on age appropriate vaccines and have a clean fecal check within the last six months on record.

Price: $15 per dog (limit 6)
Come meet A Pleasant Dog's Fear Free groomer, Milani at HOM Flats indoor grooming spa to help set your dog up for successful grooming. You and your puppy can meet the groomer, practice getting up on a table or in the tub, and get special pop of temporary hair dye on their beautiful coats!
Dogs must be up to date on age appropriate vaccines and have a clean fecal check within the last six months.

When: March 22, 2025
Where: HOM Flats indoor grooming spa
Time: 9am-5pm
Price: Cost $80 hour (regularly $90 per hour). Most dogs can be groomed in one hour. Large doodles or matted dogs may need a two hour spot.
Grooming can be scary for dogs. That's why the groomers at A Pleasant Dog are Fear Free Certified. We use treats and positive reinforcement to help your dog love being groomed. Dogs are groomed using IV San Bernard products from Italy to help keep your dog's coat shiny and tangle free longer.
Please call A Pleasant Dog to register for on-site grooming. Depending upon resident response, this could become a regular service at HOM Flats!
*If your dog has bitten or attempted to bite a person (even if they did not make contact) either during a groom or under other circumstances, please schedule a one on one private behavior session with A Pleasant Dog in order to become ready for their grooming program. These sessions are billed and scheduled through A Pleasant Dog to set your dog up for success and to prevent future bites. Please call for a (616) 264-2532 quote.
